FREE DELIVERY

UK orders enjoy Free Next Day Delivery. International orders over £500 qualify for free delivery. All parcels are insured and need a signature on delivery.

STORE COLLECTION

Items must be collected within 90 days of receipt. Otherwise, orders will be canceled, subject to a 30% restocking fee.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We extend returns until 1st February 2024. Conditions apply for returned items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless a manufacturing fault is present.

DAMAGED AND USED ITEMS

Returned merchandise must be unworn and in original condition. Defective items will be assessed and addressed accordingly.

JEWELLERY REPAIRS

Repairs must be requested by specified dates. We offer a standard repair timeframe and a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee.

RING RESIZING
